She volunteers for many community activities and organizes the annual garage sales event. As a professional agent, JoJo worked diligently to provide me with a detailed market analysis for my neighborhood and suggested a sound strategy to place my house on the market. During my renovation of the house for sale, she helped me to select the right flooring material and paint colors, checked the progress and monitored the quality of the renovation work. JoJo is a true professional agent who explained in detail the listing agreement to me for 3 hours so I could understand the nature of the agreement. She suggested a great stager to stage my house that won praises from the perspective buyers.
