Sheri took time to walk the community I was interested in purchasing in. She handed out flyers and was able to find sellers who were interested in selling even though their home wasn’t currently on the market. Additionally, the sellers of the home I purchased considered not moving when their offer wasn’t accepted on their dream home. Sheri continued to stay in communication by frequently checking in with the selling agent. Eventually, the sellers were ready to make a deal. When it came to negotiations, Sheri was critical at ensuring both parties agreed upon terms and conditions. Sheri offered suggestions and scenarios to me as the buyer regarding offer options to present to the sellers. While in escrow, Sheri also kept in constant communication with the escrow office, myself, and the selling agent to ensure a smooth transaction and close of sale. I am forever grateful to Sheri for assisting with the purchase of my home.

Not only did she sell my condo in a matter of days - well above asking price with multiple offers - she helped tremendously with staging (she has a trick for getting rid of streaks on stainless steel appliances) and quickly set up an open house (with flowering plants on the balcony that she brought over.) She had gorgeous photos taken, and looked after a million other things that come up when you sell a house. I didn’t have to worry about anything - everything just got done. It was the most the most stress-free home sale I have ever experienced. Sheri is a pleasure to work with. She’s super professional, smart and keeps you in the loop. I will definitely call Sheri again when I need to buy or sell a home.

I would like to give Sheri Sandler a 5 star across the board rating From the time of our first meeting Sheri came prepared with information regarding similar properties listed in the area including printouts of the actual properties for comparison. She is professional and efficient and helpful to a point beyond her scope as a realtor. She showed up to power wash the patio and outdoor fencing at my property and offered to drive me to pick our reno materials. She promoted my property with beautiful professional photos and descriptions. She provided staging as part of her offer of being my representative. She stays ahead of paperwork and inspections that may be needed. My property sold within hours of the listing going live on MLS for well over the asking price. Escrow closed early and there were no hiccups due to her persistant followup of every detail.

Where do I start with Sheri? I cannot say enough about the "AMAZING" service we received from her!!! My husband and I are from NoCal and had a condo in Aliso Viejo.
