JoJo went over and beyond to help me find, purchase, and close on my home on short notice. My home sold quickly and I wanted to relocate from out of state to Ashtabula Ohio. She understood the timeline and made herself available. JoJo looked at houses with me via detailed video, quickly got answers to questions regarding the properties, had a list of professional contractors for me to contact regarding inspections and estimates. They were all accommodating to the timeline and were able to schedule on very short notice. I very much appreciated the connections JoJo has with so many local businesses. It was extremely helpful. Everyone was so accommodating, kind, and quick including the Title Company she uses. Joan is very knowledgeable about the market, is quick to respond to calls and getting property info, and she has a great personality. My closing and move in dates were very short notice and it all came together perfectly. Very grateful to Joanne Petkovich and her team. I highly recommend you use Joann to find and purchase your home!

Jojo is the best. Great, frequent communication, knows the process inside and out. I cannot recommend her enough. Really, she is fantastic.

Jojo has oodles of personality and could probably find a way to engage the paint on the wall in a riveting conversation. She stays in touch. Her advice on how to make the house sell was good and prudent. We had to sell a house during a difficult time personally, in a tiny speck-of-dust town. She made it happen within a month at asking price. Would work with her again in a heartbeat.
