Jojo is the best. Great, frequent communication, knows the process inside and out. I cannot recommend her enough. Really, she is fantastic.

Jojo has oodles of personality and could probably find a way to engage the paint on the wall in a riveting conversation. She stays in touch. Her advice on how to make the house sell was good and prudent. We had to sell a house during a difficult time personally, in a tiny speck-of-dust town. She made it happen within a month at asking price. Would work with her again in a heartbeat.
