They provided great communication and were very responsive to our needs and questions. Conner went above the call of his duties in my opinion. Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem.
