We can’t give enough praise to Marilyn for making the sale of our home as smooth as possible. Right from the start, Marilyn was personable, communicative, and knowledgeable. She had in-depth knowledge and connections that helped to make the sale. Our house had a full price offer even before it hit the market! Jeff is great with his knowledge, responsiveness and candor. I know he can do his job in his sleep, so I feel confident in the information he was providing. The only major difference in opinion was on how to prepare our house for sale. Although we did not follow his advice to a T, we felt pressured to do so. His recommendations and the parties to prepare the house would have cost $20K, and in our opinion, we would have never recouped that money in the sale.

Marilyn is the only realtor that I have found worthy of my respect. She and Vutech Ruff are on top of every detail, and she provides great advice. I have used Marilyn to sell for houses for parties related to me, and I have also referred her to many others who have equally raved about their experiences.

Jim Meyer helped us sell our condo in the Short North on Goodale Park. He went above and beyond in meeting with other agents who were showing the property so he could explain the parking and show them the private gym. While buying my first home, I was not represented by a buyer’s agent. Stephen was the seller’s agent, but he was so kind, helpful, and patient with me throughout the whole purchase process. Due to the fact that we now live out of Ohio, when we encounter a problem (i.e. Broken pipe, Mold in basement) he helped us by getting someone to come and fix the problem.
