Monte went out of his way. Had our land listed the same day I contacted him due to health issues with my husband. Very compassionate about our situation. Land was sold in 3 days and signed in 30 days for more then we anticipated. Would highly recommend Monte for any type of sale you may have. He was great!

What could have been overwhelming turned into something manageable (and even a little exciting) because of their open communication, advice and professionalism. After meeting with Monte at our rental we were selling, it gave us the easy feeling of knowing we were in good hands. We walked the property talking everything over from top to bottom. Meanwhile Monte would give us advice on what customers look for and adding little things to make our property stand out over others. After we gave Monte the go ahead to do what he does, it was as simply as sit back and await offers. He did all the leg work and made the process very easy! Dawn's knowledge of the market is incredible. She presented options that I didn't even know we're possible. Simple property sales and purchases are, well, simple. It's when you run into complications or uncharted territory that Dawn really shines. I've worked with her in the past, I worked with her presently, I will work with her in the future.
