When we found the right home listing for us, Monte was extremely helpful in setting up our walk through and negotiating our purchase. It was a process, and he knew just how to respond and what to do. We were very thankful for his insight and recommendations which ultimately brought us to our first home purchase! In all aspects of the process, Monte used all of his expertise and resources to ensure we were on the right path in securing our financing and even being able to access our new home over the upcoming holiday weekend! Monte went out of his way. Had our land listed the same day I contacted him due to health issues with my husband. Very compassionate about our situation. Dawn's knowledge of the market is incredible. She presented options that I didn't even know we're possible. Simple property sales and purchases are, well, simple.
