Monte went out of his way. Had our land listed the same day I contacted him due to health issues with my husband. Very compassionate about our situation. After meeting with Monte at our rental we were selling, it gave us the easy feeling of knowing we were in good hands. We walked the property talking everything over from top to bottom.
