Monte made the home buying process simple.

Monte was very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to all our questions. If he didn’t answer our call immediately, he called back within an hour or so. His recommendations for lender and inspectors were top notch. Will use Monte again for any of our future real estate needs.

Above and beyond expectations.

Monte went out of his way. Had our land listed the same day I contacted him due to health issues with my husband. Very compassionate about our situation. Land was sold in 3 days and signed in 30 days for more then we anticipated. Would highly recommend Monte for any type of sale you may have. He was great!

Loyal agent with a great team backing him up!

Monte was so easy to work with. His response time to texts or calls was amazing. He was flexible and got us into showings quickly which was important in the competitive area we were looking to buy in. His advice was always spot on. When we did find our dream house he got the closing process moving quickly and we even closed a week early! Having access to the Take Action moving truck on our big move day was also an awesome perk!!

Great experience for first time buyer!

As a first time buyer, I had no idea what to expect or look for. Monte was super knowledgeable about the market and gave his honest feedback on the properties we looked at which I appreciated.
