We were very thankful for his insight and recommendations which ultimately brought us to our first home purchase! In all aspects of the process, Monte used all of his expertise and resources to ensure we were on the right path in securing our financing and even being able to access our new home over the upcoming holiday weekend! We know this took a lot of juggling and wasn't always an easy undertaking as we had unique needs to securing our home purchase. Monte was wonderful in working out possible obstacles throughout all of it with great optimism and a can-do attitude. We met Monte a couple of years ago when we were just thinking of possibly selling our house, in fact we had him come over a couple times got to the point of let's do the listing and then change their mind. He never replied any pressure to us and told us that when we were in fact ready he would be there for us and help us through the process, and indeed he was. Him and his team from Take Action Realty were completely awesome not enough good words can be said he answered all of our questions, never acted like we were asking a dumb question though I'm sure we did. He will be our go-to real estate guy highly recommend him.

Monte was very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to all our questions. If he didn’t answer our call immediately, he called back within an hour or so. His recommendations for lender and inspectors were top notch. Will use Monte again for any of our future real estate needs.
