When I was looking for a house, got to meet and work with one of the best. Erin took the time to sit down and talk to me to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. It was not just anything to make a sale. She made me feel like I was the only person she was working with. She helped me find homes to look at, and was always there and ready to go when I requested it. She was very friendly and accommodating for all my needs whether it was simple questions, at all hours, or going for inspections, or simply making sure it would be a good fit. From starting to look to closing, she was there every step of the way, walking me through the whole process and making sure I did everything I needed to and letting me where I needed to be when I needed to be there. As a first time home buyer, this is something that is more important than a person may think. She was not a high pressure salesman at all. We reached out to Monte and Take Action Realty on a whim. (We saw an ad for a home we could afford with the space we needed) He immediately sent us to get pre-approved and got us in to see this house. Granted it was a terrible house, he (with Erin) found our dream house so fast. They were honest, down to the point and heard our needs and wants. We highly recommend them.
