We met Monte a couple of years ago when we were just thinking of possibly selling our house, in fact we had him come over a couple times got to the point of let's do the listing and then change their mind. He never replied any pressure to us and told us that when we were in fact ready he would be there for us and help us through the process, and indeed he was. When I was looking for a house, got to meet and work with one of the best. Erin took the time to sit down and talk to me to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. It was not just anything to make a sale. She made me feel like I was the only person she was working with. She helped me find homes to look at, and was always there and ready to go when I requested it. She was very friendly and accommodating for all my needs whether it was simple questions, at all hours, or going for inspections, or simply making sure it would be a good fit.
