When we found the right home listing for us, Monte was extremely helpful in setting up our walk through and negotiating our purchase. It was a process, and he knew just how to respond and what to do. We were very thankful for his insight and recommendations which ultimately brought us to our first home purchase! In all aspects of the process, Monte used all of his expertise and resources to ensure we were on the right path in securing our financing and even being able to access our new home over the upcoming holiday weekend! We know this took a lot of juggling and wasn't always an easy undertaking as we had unique needs to securing our home purchase. Monte was wonderful in working out possible obstacles throughout all of it with great optimism and a can-do attitude. Overall, Monte was very encouraging, honest, sincere, caring, and wonderful to work with. We knew we were in good hands and he'd do his best to guide and help us be successful. Now we have a new lovely home to enjoy with each other and our family!

Monte was a good communicator throughout the process. He was always flexible to help meet our needs. Monte worked with us to sell our old house at the same time we purchased the new home. He was able to coordinate both closings to keep that simple and efficient for us. As the purchaser of my old house, Monte was especially accommodating with the timeline for moving my personal belongings out.

Monte did a wonderful job selling our house. We got what we wanted for it. He was extremely knowledgeable and he always answered or returned my calls promptly. I also liked who he recommended for a mortgage lender (Point Mortgage). Overall, we had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend him.

We met Monte a couple of years ago when we were just thinking of possibly selling our house, in fact we had him come over a couple times got to the point of let's do the listing and then change their mind. He never replied any pressure to us and told us that when we were in fact ready he would be there for us and help us through the process, and indeed he was. Him and his team from Take Action Realty were completely awesome not enough good words can be said he answered all of our questions, never acted like we were asking a dumb question though I'm sure we did. He will be our go-to real estate guy highly recommend him.
