Monte was a good communicator throughout the process. He was always flexible to help meet our needs. Monte worked with us to sell our old house at the same time we purchased the new home. He was able to coordinate both closings to keep that simple and efficient for us. As the purchaser of my old house, Monte was especially accommodating with the timeline for moving my personal belongings out.

We met Monte a couple of years ago when we were just thinking of possibly selling our house, in fact we had him come over a couple times got to the point of let's do the listing and then change their mind. He never replied any pressure to us and told us that when we were in fact ready he would be there for us and help us through the process, and indeed he was. Monte went out of his way. Had our land listed the same day I contacted him due to health issues with my husband. Very compassionate about our situation. Land was sold in 3 days and signed in 30 days for more then we anticipated. Would highly recommend Monte for any type of sale you may have. He was great!
