We reached out to Monte and Take Action Realty on a whim. (We saw an ad for a home we could afford with the space we needed) He immediately sent us to get pre-approved and got us in to see this house. Granted it was a terrible house, he (with Erin) found our dream house so fast. They were honest, down to the point and heard our needs and wants. We highly recommend them. Monte handled everything regarding the sale of our rental property from arranging cleanout of the previous tenants left over items to the closing of the sale with the new owners. He effectively negotiated several items with the new owners and was very professional during the entire process. Our property was sold quickly and he took care of everything.
