This was an investment property for me, and honestly one of the most impressive things that stood out was how he was thinking ahead before we even got going. He did a great job pointing out potential objections buyers might have before the project even started, which helped a ton when it came to making decisions upfront instead of scrambling later. We reached out to Monte and Take Action Realty on a whim. (We saw an ad for a home we could afford with the space we needed) He immediately sent us to get pre-approved and got us in to see this house. Granted it was a terrible house, he (with Erin) found our dream house so fast. They were honest, down to the point and heard our needs and wants. We highly recommend them. Monte handled everything regarding the sale of our rental property from arranging cleanout of the previous tenants left over items to the closing of the sale with the new owners.
