We reached out to Monte and Take Action Realty on a whim. (We saw an ad for a home we could afford with the space we needed) He immediately sent us to get pre-approved and got us in to see this house. Granted it was a terrible house, he (with Erin) found our dream house so fast. They were honest, down to the point and heard our needs and wants. We highly recommend them. Always available for questions and never made us wait very long for answers. We enjoyed our experience.
