When I first met Monte, I was in a state of hopelessness. My tenants had moved out a few months before, and had left the house a complete mess! I started to clean and paint but had hardly made a dent. I’m 70 years old now and I knew I wasn’t capable of putting in hours of labor and thousands of dollars. I tried IBuyWi.com but had no luck. I knew I would have to sell as is. They referred Monte to meet with me. Monte came with 2 or 3 team members to assess this condition. To my surprise, they assured me it wasn’t as bad as I thought. They looked around, tossed out ideas amongst themselves, measured, asked me questions. They all spent a good deal of time with me, and I liked and trusted all of them. By this time of year, winter would be approaching soon, and I didn’t relish the thought of paying for heat and utilities. Monte called me the end of November and said if my house didn’t sell by mid December, he would buy it. He was a man of his word, and we got to working out the details for the purchase. The closing was January 2, 2025. So we made the deal and I was happy to walk away from that house. Thank you Monte for easing my stress!
