I have done multiple real estate transactions with Monte. He consistently delivers and devotes the time and energy it takes to get you the best possible results. His positive and helpful attitude, thorough knowledge of the business, and drive for excellence from start to finish will ensure a comfortable and uplifting experience for both buyer and seller.

Monte and his team did a great job getting us a great offer on this one. He has sold multiple properties for us over the years. As an investor, it's important to have a great agent you can rely on for accurate valuations and for helping us get the best offers for our properties and Monte and his team always deliver.

Monte is simply the best! My mom needed to sell her home and was considering a cash offer. We consulted with Monte and his team, and they ensured that my mom received top dollar for her home, and that it would sell quickly. Both of these things occurred, and we got over asking more than originally anticipated, and it happened faster and smoother than expected. Monte truly cares about his clients and it shows. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Monte and the Take Action Realty Team.

Monte has a firm grasp on industry knowledge and is very well connected. He was able to recommend solutions that some agents may not have had access to, and was able to leverage his relationship to create a smooth and easy transaction.

Monte has sold multiple houses for me and every time has exceeded expectations. He is a great communicator and does a good job of marking the whole transaction a smooth process.

Monte and his team always do a great job helping us find and complete house buys! We have used him many times and Monte shows his care and drove for real estate each and every time!

Monte provided quick & easy purchase of an investment property. We have bought a couple places with Monte and all our offers get accepted!

Monte and Kevin went the extra mile! Was creative in listing, terms and finding a way to get the deal closed! Would recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Professional. Easy. Received more than asking price!

Monte Reyment guided the sale of my condo through a difficult marketing time. It took a while for the right people to come along, but once they did, Monte‘s strengths and knowledge came to the fore. He expertly handled a few very minor glitches that came along, and we ended up closing a few days earlier than originally planned. I would definitely recommend him!

Monte was first class from start to finish! We could not have asked for a better agent!

Monte and his team at Take Action Realty exceeded all of our expectations! Was the process easy for us? NO-if you know, you know lol! Was this entire journey of finding and closing on our dream land worth it though because we had him and his incredible team in our corner? YES! His expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire transaction which made this something we are forever grateful for. He went above and beyond to ensure this was the perfect property for us and made sure every detail was taken care of. Communication was always clear, and he was quick to address any questions or concerns. I felt confident knowing we were in great hands from start to finish. I highly recommend Monte to anyone looking for a one of a kind real estate experience.
