Monte and his team helped get us to the finish line in selling a nearly 100 year old farm house property. Older propertys come with complications that included condeming 2 wells and locks failing but Monte performed over and beyond expectations. This included getting into the house with a failed lock and replacing it when we were out of town. We had many showings and Monte's direction allowed us to get top $ when the market was declining on a difficult to sell older property. Thank you Monte and team as we needed to get this home sold before the winter season of heating and snow removal.
