The whole selling-our-house experience was so great: as it was our first house to sell, we had tons of questions and little details we always wanted to ask or learn more about. Monte is the man! He is both laid-back and professional. He knows how to balance the two. He takes time out of his day to hear from his clients and try to solve any issues but they may have. He has helped us close on our last three deals in the last three months. He is on top of his game, and not afraid to work when everyone else may be. Monte found us our dream home! We had been on the hunt for about two years with other realtors with no success. After a brief explanation to Monte of what we were looking for, he told us he knew exactly what we were looking for and proceeded to show us the home online. We booked a showing and the rest was history! In the meantime however Monte sent us a couple other homes that fit the description of what we wanted— he didn’t set us up on an automated search but rather handpicked the perfect homes according to our needs. That was very different from what we had experienced and was so refreshing that he truly “got it”! Monte helped us through the negotiation and was very responsive and helpful.
