Monte went out of his way. Had our land listed the same day I contacted him due to health issues with my husband. Very compassionate about our situation. Land was sold in 3 days and signed in 30 days for more then we anticipated. Would highly recommend Monte for any type of sale you may have. He was great!

After meeting with Monte at our rental we were selling, it gave us the easy feeling of knowing we were in good hands. We walked the property talking everything over from top to bottom.
