Dean is very knowledgeable and understands local markets. His expertise was very important to us for everything from hints on what to do before even listing my brother’s home. After arriving at a price we thought was fair and represented the property in a positive light we signed up with Dean and listed the house. Two days later we had an accepted offer. We had many questions throughout the ongoing process and Dean was always available to discuss options and offer his advice. He always returned calls in a timely manner. If you are looking to sell or buy I would highly recommend Dean !
