Jon was great, as was the rest of the team. He really understood what we wanted in a house and property, even when we did not. I personally felt that trying to understand what we wanted was hard, yet he captured that quickly. He has a great eye for the area and knows what to look for. He is constantly thinking outside the box and looking at all avenues at the homes, even when you aren't. He helped in numerous ways, and I will say he is the first realtor (of many I have used over the years) I can walk away considering a friend. And he treated us that way throughout the process.

Used Nichole to help me find my new home, and now just finished the process of selling my former residence. Once again, her experience, organizational skills, and communication skills made this process as easy as possible. She was on top of every issue, worked hard getting specifics from the other realtor, and kept everything on track. I am so grateful to have met her and have her guide me through all this. Traci goes above and beyond to handle every step of the process. She keeps on top of all aspects from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable and helpful as she works hard d for you. She is very good with communication. We highly recommend Traci. She has done both a sale and a purchase for us and we would definitely use her again for any real estate needs.
