Working with Jon & Theresa was so easy and a wonderful experience. They patiently showed us multiple houses over the course of a few months until we finally found the perfect one for us. They shine at the details, organization & their wealth of local contacts & information about the area. They are down to earth, honest and just really good people. Highly recommend!

Jon was great, as was the rest of the team. He really understood what we wanted in a house and property, even when we did not. I personally felt that trying to understand what we wanted was hard, yet he captured that quickly. He has a great eye for the area and knows what to look for. He is constantly thinking outside the box and looking at all avenues at the homes, even when you aren't. He helped in numerous ways, and I will say he is the first realtor (of many I have used over the years) I can walk away considering a friend. And he treated us that way throughout the process.

Jon was excellent to work with. He answered my questions no matter the time of day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in our condo search. We will definitely be using him in the future. He went above and beyond for us with the POA contacts and the inspection and even took measurements for me when asked.

Theresa was very professional, thorough and responsive. She was easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable about the area and our unit.

Jon and Theresa were great from day one. They were both knowledgeable in the market, resale and construction of properties we viewed. They offered opionions when asked and were not pushy, which is something I appreciate a lot. They made sure we were on top of things we needed to do as it had been a while since we purchased a property. Communication was always quick and thorough. If Jon did not know an answer he quickly found it. I also know if we need help with anything in the future about our new place I can contact them no problem. Thank you!
