Jon was great, as was the rest of the team. He really understood what we wanted in a house and property, even when we did not. I personally felt that trying to understand what we wanted was hard, yet he captured that quickly. He has a great eye for the area and knows what to look for. He is constantly thinking outside the box and looking at all avenues at the homes, even when you aren't. He helped in numerous ways, and I will say he is the first realtor (of many I have used over the years) I can walk away considering a friend. And he treated us that way throughout the process.

The Gatewoods are simply said..the best agents in the mountain area. Their knowledge of the land is amazing. They walked us through the properties and even helped us to mark off the best site for a house that would give us the best view. This is raw land and we would have had to do a lot of work to figure out the things that the Gatewoods already knew how to do because of their knowledge of Buck Mountain. They never pushed us to make any decisions and no matter how long in between calls..they were always willing to help us. If you choose to work with them, you will not be disappointed.
