Barry was amazing to work with! He was very thorough with a great knowledge of the housing market for my area. What was a very stressful time in my life, with the sale of my home and a family crisis, I knew Barry always had my best interests and my back. He was always available to answer questions and concerns I had making me feel totally at ease. I highly recommend Barry as a realtor.

We contacted Barry through the Sun City Del Webb site. He was eager to help us. We lived in Massachusetts and wanted to relocate to the over 55 community in SC. He contacted us via email and text and then we set up a time to speak with him on the phone. We were nervous, first because we have lived in our own home for 50 years, and to plan a move to SC was daunting. He made us feel comfortable and confident we could do this. Every couple of days he would send us homes that came on the market using the criteria we gave him such as price point, square footage and bedrooms, etc. We selected homes he sent with a heart (like) or a thumbs down. On a Sunday in May, we met Barry at Del Webb, SunCity and viewed 8 homes. He had a print out of each. We liked a couple. Our house was put on the market mid June and sold the first day at open house. Barry and my selling agent were in communication. So in June, we came down to SC and bought a house we had seen in May. It had a price drop and Barry called the listing agent and told her we were very interested and motivated and we’d be there in a few days. We toured the home and we put in an offer with Barry’s help. That evening our offer was accepted and flew home excited as can be. Barry was always available to email, text, or receive a call to help us through this all. He is professional, diligent, and above all “knows his stuff! “ We were very lucky that he was our realtor.

Barry was very helpful and professional for the whole process. I was buying from out of state and Barry several hours with me on the phone before my coming to look at listings. When I was in town to look at homes he truly listened to what I was looking for and I could not be happier with my new to me home.

Betty is one of the most thorough agents I have ever seen. She walked me through each step of my sale and answered every single question I had, from the dumbest one to the most complicated! Betty knows the market in and out. She kept me up to date so as I was able to compete with the market and my house sold quickly. There was issues that had to be addressed concerning the house and she addressed them promptly. I can say slacking on her end is not a factor. She goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can.
