Betty knows the market in and out. She kept me up to date so as I was able to compete with the market and my house sold quickly. There was issues that had to be addressed concerning the house and she addressed them promptly. I can say slacking on her end is not a factor. She goes above and beyond to help in anyway she can. Knowledgeable, kind and prompt, I would have to say.
