I think Wendy and Katie were amazing. As first time buyers we were scared and didn’t think it would be possible to find something we could fall in love with. Wendy found options after options and found a home we fell in love with. The location, land, and cost was exactly what we wanted. She always had our best interest at heart. She was always in communication and was able to answer every question as soon as we asked. We never had to worry as we knew we were in good hands!

This is the second time we have utilized Wendy's expertise to assist us in the sell of our home. She is very upfront on what she feels is needed to help you get the best price for your home. However, she is never pushy on what needs to be done. I hope this is the last time we feel the need to relocate, however, if I need a realtor in the future I will definitely contact Wendy.
