This is our third opportunity to work with Wendy. The first was our purchase of a home in which we did not have a realtor. She was very fair and professional. This is the second time we have utilized Wendy's expertise to assist us in the sell of our home. She is very upfront on what she feels is needed to help you get the best price for your home. However, she is never pushy on what needs to be done. I hope this is the last time we feel the need to relocate, however, if I need a realtor in the future I will definitely contact Wendy. I have and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family.
