Where do I begin? My house looked amazing(in my opinion), curb side appeal, tons of showings, everything was going well, problems started to show from the previous owner, then the wife panics, now you know where that lands you. Mr.John was there, Mr.John had solutions yet keeping every possible outcome realistic, telling me things I didn’t want to hear, but needed to hear while still telling me he’s going to doing everything he possibly can, and he does it. I had a couple dozen situations he admitted he’s never been in before, but that’s where his experience shows, doesn’t just say deal with it and move on but lets take a minute to reflect on this situation to see what our new options are. If you want someone that will sell your home, why would you look anywhere else? If I could do business forever with this man I would, but that’s how Mr.John will treat you, as if you will be doing business together forever, not just some one time sale. I am absolutely the type of person who values word of mouth recommendations. Having said that, Tina had worked with an extended family member a few years ago and they highly recommended Tina along with her team. My wife and I where on vacation for a week and having visited North Carolina last year and absolutely falling in love with the area, we where determined to visit the many communities around North Topsail in search for land to buy.
