Where do I begin? My house looked amazing(in my opinion), curb side appeal, tons of showings, everything was going well, problems started to show from the previous owner, then the wife panics, now you know where that lands you. Mr.John was there, Mr.John had solutions yet keeping every possible outcome realistic, telling me things I didn’t want to hear, but needed to hear while still telling me he’s going to doing everything he possibly can, and he does it. I am absolutely the type of person who values word of mouth recommendations. Having said that, Tina had worked with an extended family member a few years ago and they highly recommended Tina along with her team.
