We truly enjoyed working with Ashley & Joann. They were so kind, patient, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. They were both always there to answer our questions, kept us informed, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We really appreciated how attentive and thorough they were, but even more than that, how much this incredible team genuinely cared about making the experience a positive one for us. We’re so grateful for all of their help and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful realtor!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Joann & Ashley. They were kind, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine care made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. We truly appreciated their guidance and support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

My husband and I met Joann a few years ago when she helped us with finding our coastal home. Her professional and personal demeanor made a lasting impression on us, so she was the obvious choice when we needed assistance. Over the years Joann had helped us with 3 different real estate transactions. The most recent sale of our house was the perfect example how adaptable and competent Joann is. Due to our family situation, we were absentee sellers, trying to get the house ready from the distance. Joann stepped in and took care of everything: from hiring the cleaners, painters to the market analysis and negotiations. Throughout the entire process she communicated with us constantly, making sure we were well informed and satisfied. Thanks to her diligent and efficient work we were able to list and sell the house fairly quickly. Joann is the consummate professional, not easy to find these days. I heartfully recommend her to everyone.
