Joann brings to Treasure Realty 30 years of experience in sales as a Business Development Executive for a large Healthcare IT company. Joann has owned many investment properties in N. Topsail beach and the Sneads Ferry area over the last 23 plus years. She loves the beautiful unspoiled beach and coastal community so much that she and her family relocated to N. Topsail Beach in 2012. Her parents retired to Sneads Ferry in 1998 introducing her to the area. The quaint fishing village has grown over the years but still has a small town community feel. Joann spends her free time enjoying all the island has to offer with her family. From kayaking, boating and paddle boarding to listening to live local music around the island, she loves her home! She is also very involved in local government for North Topsail Beach, she also serves as a Director for the local water authority - ONWASA and is on the board of the Topsail Island Association of Realtors. Before her real estate career, Wanda spent a few years as a dental hygienist and even taught Dental Hygiene at Coastal Carolina Community College (CCCC). She and her husband, Mack, are both natives of Sneads Ferry. In their spare time, they love traveling (especially to Mexico), and they are serious boaters. They are exceptionally proud of their four grown children.

Kylie was raised in Onslow County and has always loved the outdoors. Before she could walk, Kylie spent her summers at Topsail enjoying her grandmother, affectionately called Fats Baby, and the rest of her family. Years later, her favorite place to be was still with her family at the water boating, fishing, crabbing, riding the jet skis, or soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze.
After college, she moved to Kentucky to pursue her passion for horses. There she worked at an equestrian hospital and bought her first horse, Joker, who is now a resident of Sneads Ferry. While living in Kentucky she also purchased her first home and realized how interested she was in real estate. With this new- found passion, and Joker, she came back to be with her beloved family and the sandy shores she missed so much.

Would pick him again!
John was the only realtor who kept in touch with us from October 2025 until we really started looking in May 2026. He was so helpful, communicated quickly-even on the weekends and in the evening- and kept us posted on every detail. We helped us negotiate, made recommendations for everything from utilities and restaurants to furniture spots! I would work with John regardless of buying or selling. Even though closed already and moved in last night, he is still checking in, asking what he can do, and answering our questions. John is awesome!

Problems always happen, but not a problem for John!
Where do I begin? My house looked amazing(in my opinion), curb side appeal, tons of showings, everything was going well, problems started to show from the previous owner, then the wife panics, now you know where that lands you. Mr.John was there, Mr.John had solutions yet keeping every possible outcome realistic, telling me things I didn’t want to hear, but needed to hear while still telling me he’s going to doing everything he possibly can, and he does it. I had a couple dozen situations he admitted he’s never been in before, but that’s where his experience shows, doesn’t just say deal with it and move on but lets take a minute to reflect on this situation to see what our new options are. If you want someone that will sell your home, why would you look anywhere else? If I could do business forever with this man I would, but that’s how Mr.John will treat you, as if you will be doing business together forever, not just some one time sale. Trust Mr.John because I did!!!!

Happy Homeowners!
My husband and I just recently made our final move from Savannah GA to Sneads Ferry NC. When we were looking for a realtor, we called a couple and just got voicemails. We purchased a new construction home and she went the extra mile and attended each meeting and home inspection with my husband and I.
