John was wonderful from day 1. My dad was in need of selling the beach house. Dad had cancer and knew the house needed to be sold. John and dad went over market value in the area and decided on a price. Dad was happy with the communication with John on each step. Dad got sick on our last trip to the house and we had to leave quickly without finishing what needed to be done inside the house. John set up a cleaning service and that alone took so much off my dad's mind at that time. Dad passed and the house sold a few days after his passing.
