Amye was such a pleasure to work with. She helped us close on our beach condo (sold within 24 hours of going live) and also helped us with buying our new beach condo. She made everything so easy on us, especially as buyers from out of town. She did video walkthroughs and helped handle a few tasks for us that saved us from taking extra trips. Bizz was great to work with. Over the course of several days, Bizz showed us multiple houses (some more than once). He really listened to our wants and needs and showed us only homes that met those needs. He worked with us to make an offer on an existing home, but the seller would not come down in price enough for us to agree. Bizz arranged to look at some new homes being built in the same subdivision as the existing home. We ended up making an offer on the new construction.
