His ability to negotiate with the seller on our behalf was much appreciated. Jake is one of the top realtors in Charlotte, but he is as accessible as anyone through call or text. His team has the firepower and relationships to go to the market place on your behalf as a buyer. After we closed he has been helpful in recommending fence/landscaping services.

I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. Their knowledge of the area, what it takes to sell at top dollar, and guidance in finding help foe each step is beyond and above what anyone would call normal. they found us handymen, plumbers, and movers the make the transition as easy as possible for us. In fact they sold the house for full asking price before it was listed and all cash so we closed in two weeks. All amazing tribute to there contacts, knowledge and skill. WE are over 80 and do not plan another move but if we do Lane and Tracy would be the only people I would call.
