I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. When we were ready to start looking exploring the market a few months ago, Noah was ready with all of the information we needed in the areas we were interested in and ready at a moment’s notice to show a home that we were interested in. He was also very cognizant of what price range and areas of town we wanted to be in and would send of a good selection of homes with that in mind. We never felt overwhelmed with the selections. Once we did find one that we wanted to make an offer on, Noah guided us through without feeling pressured and we had the house under contract within 2 days. He was very thorough in getting all of the necessary info that we needed to take care of on our end and scheduling inspections and any necessary repairs. Good communication very professional

We sold a house with Lane and Tracy almost a decade ago, and now in moving back to the area, we knew immediately we would buy with them as well. They helped us navigate a couple of contracts falling through due to seller/house issues and then our eventual home purchase, negotiating repairs, and seeing it through to closing.
