We sold a house with Lane and Tracy almost a decade ago, and now in moving back to the area, we knew immediately we would buy with them as well. I have had the pleasure of working with Noah when I sold my house last year. He was very knowledgeable in the market pricing and giving me feedback on how to show the house to its highest potential. I got over asking price and in a very short amount of time. When we were ready to start looking exploring the market a few months ago, Noah was ready with all of the information we needed in the areas we were interested in and ready at a moment’s notice to show a home that we were interested in.
