Kristi has set a new standard of what a home buyer should experience working a realtor. She is extremely professional, personable and trustworthy. Kristi was able to navigate my family with buying a home in state we never visited or lived in and assisted with my relocation efficiently and flawlessly. The communication from Kristi was consistent which was a great help. She was able to dedicate time for the days we were planning on being NC to house hunt and provided invaluable information about surrounding neighborhoods to ensure we found a home that fit all of our family needs. Kristi went above and beyond by providing recommendations of lenders, home owner inspectors, insurance agents among other things to make our experience that much easier. Kristi was our voice during the process to ensure that we were getting all the information needed to make an informed decision. Any question or assistance we needed, she was able to answer or provide. As a client you could see the effort she put into making our home buying flawless and easy. With only a total of 72 hours spent in NC, we were able to look at over 30 homes, find a home and close within a very short amount of time. She was at the front line dealing with lenders, builders and attorneys in our absence to prevent any hidden details and utilized several of her resources to make sure we weren't getting taken advantage of. She went above and beyond and can't express our gratitude for Kristi enough! It was a true privilege to work with Kristi and will always utilize her services for any upcoming real estate needs! I must say that it was a lucky day that shortly after deciding to sell our house we received an introductory leaflet from Liz Young that started a very mutually rewarding relationship. Liz was very helpful in guiding us to what was needed to bring up our house to what is in demand in the market and provide us with reliable contractors or service providers to do the work. She was always available to do the extra step and did not hesitate to go to our house to provide help when we could not make it. Our house sold within 2 days at higher than our asking price. Liz Young professional approach, helpful advice and availability made selling our house a real success story. My wife and I highly recommend her.
