Kristi was able to navigate my family with buying a home in state we never visited or lived in and assisted with my relocation efficiently and flawlessly. The communication from Kristi was consistent which was a great help. She was able to dedicate time for the days we were planning on being NC to house hunt and provided invaluable information about surrounding neighborhoods to ensure we found a home that fit all of our family needs. Kristi went above and beyond by providing recommendations of lenders, home owner inspectors, insurance agents among other things to make our experience that much easier. Kristi was our voice during the process to ensure that we were getting all the information needed to make an informed decision. Any question or assistance we needed, she was able to answer or provide. As a client you could see the effort she put into making our home buying flawless and easy. With only a total of 72 hours spent in NC, we were able to look at over 30 homes, find a home and close within a very short amount of time. She was at the front line dealing with lenders, builders and attorneys in our absence to prevent any hidden details and utilized several of her resources to make sure we weren't getting taken advantage of. I worked with Liz on both the sale of my home in Belingrath and the purchase of a townhouse off of Sharon View Road. Liz was very thorough and attentive throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable about real estate in Charlotte, available for questions and concerns at any time and provided me with helpful information to help with both the buying and selling process every step of the way. With the sale of the Belingrath home, Liz was a huge help! Because the house had not been updated, she suggested several smaller things that would help the house look newer and more likely to sell.
