Kevin and his team. Helped me with both the purchase of my new home as well as the sale of my old one. This sale had several hurdles that were taken care of by kevin and his team. When we needed to eliminate unused items and move to our new home, seven of her team members came instantly to physically move furniture and boxes. Working with John and the Move Team was a great experience. They had so many ideas to help us get our house ready for sale. They had many ways to offer help with clean out and jewelry appraisals. Prior to our open house John and Kacey went in and performed a deep clean of the house (never see that with other realtors). When we had the Open House John kept us updated on how everything was going with the showings. We were completely informed by John and Tom on how to understand each offer that was made. We were never pressured to jump on offers but they made sure we understood how the process works. The knowledge they had in what we should list the property at to be competitive helped.
