Tom and his group were excellent. They did a great job preparing and selling our home.

Moved across the country before listing the house. Tom took care of everything. Went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Things with Tom started out very well. We had a contract within 8 days. After some fixes we were on track. In the end, things didn't run so smoothly. Due to a lack of communication, the "final walk through" never had a firm time of taking place between both sides. No exact time was conveyed to be out of the house which caused the buyers lawyer/realtor being involved and making demands straight through me! I expected Tom to be the buffer between us but that was no communication on both sides. Additionally, the realtor for the buyers said to my face that she was the lawyer and I was to be out ASAP! I had never met the woman previously. Finally, due to scheduling and weather issues, the new roofing job has not been completed as of yet. The other lawyer is withholding $10,000 from the sale even though I have paid the contract for the job in full. Is that even legal? My experience of owning a home in NY was great until the end. Demetrius was right there every step of the way.when I called he was there for me as a first time home owner and I appreciate everything that he has done I could not have been Blessed with a great realtor as Demetrius Awesome.

Even helped out during the Holidays like Christmas and New Years to make it happen. I'd recommend him to anybody who need a Good Real Estate Agent. He even gives housewarming gifts at closing... don't know if that's standard practice, but we'll take it.
