We bought our home with TJ as our buyer agent in 2017. We decided to hire TJ again in 2025 to sell our home in March after it sat on the market for months with another realtor. Our house was on the market for 24 hours before we got an offer over asking using TJ's real estate expertise. TJ made the whole experience seamless while we were settling in our new home in Italy (literally we barely lifted a finger). His communication was excellent even with the 6 hour time difference.
