Jeff was referred to me by a friend. I needed to sell my mother's house. Living out of state, it complicates things. Also, my mother's wishes were to sell the house to a family that was just starting out - not looking to sell it to the highest bidder. Let's face it - not going to the highest bidder impacts his commission. Jeff didn't even blink an eye. We coordinated with neighbors to enable him to enter the house, the sale was being done in a tight timeframe, complications with boundary lines... He was patient and supportive through it all. He kept me updated on the status and walked me through the entire process (having only bought one house in my life, I did not know what I'd be walking into...). I'd highly recommend him.
