He keeps a keen eye on the market. He gave advice and guidance, and made suggestions to increase curb appeal and/or make minor upgrades, but was never pushy. He suggested a price range for my house based on its condition and my neighborhood, and he absolutely nailed it! We settled on a list price I was comfortable with and I received an offer $6000 over it within a week! He was extremely easy to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend Martin Carpenter!
