Patrick is the perfect agent if you want to sell your house!

Patrick was so knowledgable and helpful, he made the challenge of selling our house less stressful. His instincts were spot on and he gave us advice that we used to prepare our house for the current market. He kept us in the loop with texts, phone calls, and e mails which were much appreciated.
