Amber was great to work with. We searched for quiet a while for our home, a lot of it was remote via video calls. Amber was great and provided an honest assessment and a good feel for the home when we could not physically be there. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the area. She did a lot of work to help us find the right place and was very trustworthy which is in my opinion, is the most important thing when you are committing to such a big investment and responsibility.

Peter treats all his clients with respect and care. He was always available, and if he was busy, he always made sure to get back to his clients in a timely fashion (even if it was 10pm at night) which was above and beyond. We appreciated Peters timeliness and giving of confidence in him. Peter has a client for life. He deserves it!

Peter was great, very responsive, always available to talk. Would recommend Peter over and over again! Had Peter as my agent for the home I just purchased as well, overall it was a great experience!

Working with TJ Perkins was truly the best decision we made in both buying our new home and selling our old one. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through every step with professionalism, patience, and expertise. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend TJ to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth.

TJ is a master of his craft. He truly knows the ins and outs of the region and has amazing insight when it comes to location and value. He is extremely responsive, professional, and knowledgeable which made our first time home buying experience a breeze! I can’t recommend him enough.
