EXPERIENCE - Katelyn was very obviously the most experienced agent in our entire sale, often taking the time to help the buying side as well with guidance. 3. COMMUNICATION SKILLS - Never feel short or delayed communication, never left feeling like we were yearning for a response. Extremely attentive and thorough! 4. MARKET KNOWLEDGE - Knew our market up and down, was spot on every step of the way. 5. NEGOTIATION SKILLS - Got us the best offer possible. Even with some buyer shenanigans attempted right near the finish line Katleyn stayed on our side and strong. 6. AVAILABILITY - Katelyn went above an beyond. Was always available whenever we had random questions along the way and with multiple feet of snow arriving right before the viewings / open house was all over it to help out and make sure the house was accessible.
