He answered every question and went out of his way to find answers at times. Martin even pointed out the bad points in a home so that we would not end up with something we would not be happy with. He had the knowledge to know where to look to find out if a home was a modular as we had said we did not want that. There were two offers at the same time on the home we wanted and he was able to convince the sellers through their realtor to accept ours even though it was 5k less than the other offer. I would highly recommend Martin to assist anyone who needs a realtor. We loved our experience with him.
