He answered every question and went out of his way to find answers at times. Martin even pointed out the bad points in a home so that we would not end up with something we would not be happy with. He had the knowledge to know where to look to find out if a home was a modular as we had said we did not want that. There were two offers at the same time on the home we wanted and he was able to convince the sellers through their realtor to accept ours even though it was 5k less than the other offer. Martin did a fantastic job for me! He is very experienced and thorough. He made sure I was informed on all aspects of the process of selling, as it is fairly daunting. He keeps a keen eye on the market. He gave advice and guidance, and made suggestions to increase curb appeal and/or make minor upgrades, but was never pushy. He suggested a price range for my house based on its condition and my neighborhood, and he absolutely nailed it! We settled on a list price I was comfortable with and I received an offer $6000 over it within a week! He was extremely easy to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend Martin Carpenter!
