Kevin helped the reviewer sell this property

Great communicator

Kevin was very helpful when we had questions about the process and he kept us informed throughout the entire process of listing our house. He provided contacts for us to get the outside looking ready for when we listed by and he took care of inside things like replacing doors and covers for the vents. Kevin is very friendly and willing to help when needed. He also negotiated so well for us that we ended up getting a higher sale price for our house than we thought we would.
