Working with John and the Move Team was a great experience. They had so many ideas to help us get our house ready for sale. They had many ways to offer help with clean out and jewelry appraisals. Prior to our open house John and Kacey went in and performed a deep clean of the house (never see that with other realtors). When we had the Open House John kept us updated on how everything was going with the showings. We were completely informed by John and Tom on how to understand each offer that was made. We were never pressured to jump on offers but they made sure we understood how the process works. The knowledge they had in what we should list the property at to be competitive helped. How the pictures of the house and description was on point. John Borchardt and The Move Team was a great experience to work. They always had our best interest in mind from day one. The options of services they have available to their customers is amazing and how they roll up their sleeves to clean up and clean out is something you don’t see from other agents. They have your interests in mind just like a family member would. Thank you John and team for a great experience.

Overall John is a down to earth no BS kind of guy. He’s straight forward and very knowledgeable. Being that this was my first home purchase I had a lot of questions and he was more than willing to answer all of them and help me through this experience. I will definitely use him again for any future purchases.

John is a great realtor who is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. John helped me through the process of selling my house, and was great at communicating what I needed to get the house listed. He was always on top of keeping me in the loop on offers that I received and I was very knowledgeable of the current real estate market. John was always willing to help me with the little things, such as coordinating things between my attorney, inspectors, and even with getting rid of items in the house so the new buyers could move in comfortably. John is overall a great realtor and is it attentive to the needs of his clients.

I started looking for a house in the early summer and was moving in by August. John was a great help in this . He was easy to work with and very funny. My family told him what we were looking for and he was happy to help. His schedule worked with ours and he had plenty of time to help us out. He also had plenty of homes that he knew about for sale that me and my family did not see. I highly recommend John, you will not be unhappy with him.
